Mobile Sludge Dewatering Unit is developed by ECO, which is movable vehicle type sludge dewatering complete system, this unit is easy to move, and it can be of service for different sewage treatment factory in different places. This unit is mainly composed of volute screw dehydrator, integrated polymer dosing device, polymer feed pump, sludge pump and transportation tuck (this is supplied by user).

• Compared with the traditional screw sludge dehydrator, Screw Sludge Thickener is also advanced in the low operating & maintenance cost, dewatering performance, smell protection, noise, automatic control, service life and labor intensity, etc. The sludge can be condensed rapidly and continuously in the secondary sedimentation tank, meanwhile, after condensed and separated, the sludge concentration can be adjustable between 90% and 96% stably.

Belt Dewatering Machine is also used for sludge treatment (such as residual sludge from A/Process, residual sludge from SBR process), which also has dual function so concentration and dewatering. • The main body of the volute screw sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by fixed ring and moving ring overlapping each other to form a filtering gap. The spiral shaft runs through the filtering device. The front part is the thickening part and the rear part is the dewatering part. Two structure design according to the application: Horizontal type and tilting type. For inclined installation, the dehydration part is in a high position, the whole process of concentration and dehydration will be effected by gravity. The horizontal one can be dehydrate from the middle of the screw shaft. The rotation of the screw shaft drives the sludge from the thickener to the dewatered, and also drives the flow ring to move in a circle. Water flows out of the filter and clean the mesh to prevent clogging. The filter gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft become smaller from the thickener to the dewatering part. After the thickener is concentrated by gravity, the sludge is transported to the dewatering part. The sludge is fully dehydrated and discharged.
